How It Works
To begin with, we agree on the objectives, the number of sessions, and how often we’ll meet. Within our session, I won't act as your therapist and won’t talk at you either. Instead, I facilitate our conversation, guide you in unearthing insights about your mindset, and share relevant practical tools and skills you can leverage for your personal and leadership growth.
To gain clarity on the unique challenges you're facing, we'll draw on a variety of elements, including self-awareness, self-management, and systems thinking.
Connection is also critical to your progression. So, for you to gain further connection with colleagues and other stakeholders, we’ll explore your context and how you can create great relationships while gaining a better understanding of your team through empathy and open communication.
And, finally, for you to put everything you'll learn with me into practice, we'll work on building your confidence. Gaining control of any self-doubt or lack of self-belief will give you the power to supercharge your impact. Ultimately, my goal is to help you be 100% confident in understanding yourself, working with your strengths, supporting others, feeling supported, and doing good, better.
Where?
I am based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and am happy to travel to deliver in-person sessions. I also deliver equally effective sessions online. We can discuss and agree on what is best for you when we speak.
